Asian-inspired dumplings with a Superfood boost! These vegetarian dumplings feature flavorful and healthy kale accompanied by garden fresh corn, spinach, carrots and tofu. Makes a great appetizer, side dish, or complete meal with sides; try adding it to broth for a delicious soup!

Heating Instructions: Cook from frozen.

Steam: Arrange frozen dumplings on oiled steamer rack/insert, place over boiling water. Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes or until completely heated through.

Microwave: Place frozen dumplings on a microwavable plate. Cover with a damp paper towel or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until heated through. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving. Microwave cooking times vary.

Pan-Fry: Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a sauté pan and heat until oil is hot. Add frozen dumplings and stir briefly; then add .5 cups of water to the pan and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes until water is absorbed.
