Little  “flavor bombs” rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C!  So many uses: desserts, breakfast toppings, smoothies, and snacks.  These gems are supplied by Blueberry Bill Farms in Hammonton, NJ the “Blueberry Capital”!

If using uncooked, defrost in the frig for a few hours, or by running cool water briefly and gently over them. Otherwise, cook from frozen; no need to defrost.

Pairs with: other fruits, yogurt or ice cream, use in baking, etc.

The high levels of antioxidants in blueberries are great for boosting the immune system and keeping skin looking younger!

Usage Suggestion: toss with a few tablespoons of flour, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mound in the center of prepared pie dough and top with a tablespoon of butter in small pieces, folding edges over to contain the blueberries. Bake until pastry is golden and cooked through.
