A South Asian-inspired dish featuring chunks of baked tofu in a bright ginger-lemongrass sauce. with tomatoes and coconut milk. A protein-rich and invigorating dish! Vegetarian/Vegan.

Serve with: Rice. Our Fresh Frozens Grilled Eggplants Planks, pan fried or broiled and drizzled with soy sauce, (with a touch of Sriracha, if desired) would make a great accompaniment!

Heating Instructions:  Partially thaw in frig or microwave, add to a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Or cut 3 small slits in plastic wrap and heat in microwave until fully defrosted and heated through; microwave cooking times vary.
