A refreshing twist on an Asian favorite! Our Chicken Lemongrass dumplings feature tender chicken, fresh corn and a hint of fresh lemongrass., wrapped in a light dough. Makes a great appetizer, side dish, or complete meal, paired with some veggies.

Heating Instructions: Keep frozen.

Steam: Lightly coat some oil on a rack or steamer insert. Arrange frozen dumplings on rack/insert, then place over boiling water. Cover and steam for 10-12 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Microwave: Place frozen dumplings on a microwavable plate. Cover with a lightly wet paper towel or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Pan-Sear: Heat pan over high heat then add 2 oz of water to coat. Add frozen dumplings then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until most water is absorbed. Reduce heat, then add 1/2 oz of oil. Cover and let simmer for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
